Welcome to Vindo, a subscription service provided by Vverse Technologies LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vindo, including our website, applications, and any other services offered by us. By accessing or using Vindo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Vindo.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vindo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Vindo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vindo. By accessing or using Vindo, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Vindo, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans:

Vindo offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to Vindo, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.

Payment:

Payments for subscription plans must be made in advance. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. If we do not receive payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to Vindo.

Billing Cycle:

The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan (e.g., monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.

5. Use of Vindo

License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Vindo for your personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

• Use Vindo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Vindo

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Vindo or its related systems or networks

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of Vindo

• Use Vindo to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Resell or sublicense your access to Vindo to any third party

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vindo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Vverse Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Vindo immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Vindo will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing the use of Vindo and notifying us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vindo is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that:

• Vindo will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location

• Any errors or defects will be corrected

• Vindo is free of viruses or other harmful components

• The results of using Vindo will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vverse Technologies LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Vindo

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Vindo

• Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Vindo by any third party

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Vindo

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vverse Technologies LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, and or employees.
